Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between opk365 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the opk365 platform, including but not limited to the website located at https://opk365.org, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, promotions, and cashier services made available therein.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the opk365 platform, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content;
• You accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You have also read and accepted the opk365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You are accessing the opk365 platform voluntarily and of your own free will.

These Terms apply to all users of the opk365 platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used. Users accessing opk365 from within Pakistan or from any other jurisdiction do so at their own discretion and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their location.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with opk365, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or partnership;
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of opk365 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying the legal status of online gambling in your location;
• You have not been previously self-excluded from the opk365 platform or any other platform operated under the same licence for a period that has not yet elapsed;
• You are of sound mind and are not under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing real-money bets.

opk365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe constitutes grounds for account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account with opk365. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, postal address, email address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts discovered by opk365 will be closed, and any balances held within them will be subject to forfeiture following investigation.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details;
• Maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly in the event of any change;
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify opk365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, opk365 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. Documents that may be requested include a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. opk365 may request these documents at any point during your account lifecycle, not only at withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the initial request will be suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the opk365 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). opk365 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which opk365 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods: opk365 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The current list of available methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your opk365 wallet upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically reflected within seconds of successful transfer initiation;
• Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within one (1) business day;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may differ by payment method;
• opk365 accepts only deposits made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the opk365 account;
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days following approval;
• opk365 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly above the player's historical average;
• In the event that a deposit is made and no wagering activity occurs before a withdrawal is requested, opk365 reserves the right to deduct any applicable payment processing costs before releasing the funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

opk365 offers various promotional incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page;
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• opk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect any wagering requirement that a player is actively in the process of completing;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the opk365 platform;
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to multi-accounting, using bonus funds to back opposing outcomes simultaneously, exploiting mathematical errors in bonus structures, or any other behaviour deemed by opk365 in its sole discretion to constitute bonus abuse — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting Rules

Sports betting and other wagering activities on the opk365 platform are governed by the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual sports — including cricket, PSL markets, football, tennis, and others — are published in the relevant section of the opk365 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. opk365 does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds at any time;
• opk365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed after the relevant event or market outcome was known, regardless of whether a technical error permitted the placement;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are materially inconsistent with the true market probability of an outcome — opk365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts;
• Bets placed on suspended, abandoned, or cancelled events will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific rules for the relevant sport provide otherwise;
• opk365 operates maximum bet limits, which may vary by market, sport, and account history. These limits are applied at opk365's sole discretion;
• In-play betting is subject to delays. A bet placed during in-play may be accepted or rejected based on the live state of the event at the moment of processing, not the moment of submission.

Casino Games

All casino games available on the opk365 platform — including slots, live dealer games, and instant win products — utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Game integrity is audited by third-party testing agencies in accordance with the requirements of the Company's international gaming licence.

• The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is available within the game information panel. opk365 does not guarantee that any individual player will achieve results consistent with the stated RTP;
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to its logical outcome and the result will be recorded in the player's account history;
• opk365 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to complete a game round due to internet connectivity issues on the player's side;
• Any malfunction of a game — including software errors that produce an incorrect outcome, display an incorrect balance, or fail to record a transaction — renders the affected round void. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not paid out;
• Game history for all rounds played is accessible within your opk365 account for a minimum of 90 days following the date of play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the opk365 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not available to standard users;
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through collusion with other players, match-fixing, or the use of insider information regarding the outcome of sporting events;
• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to register an account in violation of these Terms;
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating a chargeback on any deposit made to your opk365 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during the registration or KYC process;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law;
• Using the opk365 platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access, operating an agency betting service, or providing a platform for third parties to place bets through your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

opk365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, and to withhold any funds therein pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• At the request of the account holder, including self-exclusion requests submitted under the Responsible Gaming policy;
• Where continued operation of the account would expose opk365 to legal or regulatory risk;
• Where a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requires it.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, opk365 is not obliged to return any funds held in the account until the investigation is complete and a determination has been made regarding the legitimacy of those funds. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach is found, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

Responsible Gaming

opk365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides all registered players with tools designed to support healthy, controlled gaming behaviour. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings dashboard without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play to encourage breaks;
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying the amount wagered and won or lost during your current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent exclusion from the opk365 platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. Permanent exclusions are irrevocable for a minimum of five (5) years;
• Account Cool-Off: Take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account, for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the opk365 platform — including but not limited to the opk365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, game assets, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of opk365 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the opk365 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any opk365 content;
• Use the opk365 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context without express written permission from the Company;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any opk365 software or game.

Any unauthorised use of opk365 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, opk365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the opk365 platform;
• Any service interruptions, technical failures, or periods of unavailability of the platform, regardless of cause;
• Any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their login credentials secure;
• Any actions taken by opk365 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit opk365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The total aggregate liability of opk365 to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by opk365 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, opk365 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the quality of its services. opk365 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required to fulfil the Company's legal and operational obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

opk365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made — that is, a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — opk365 will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice by displaying a prominent notification on the platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Continued use of the opk365 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact [email protected] to arrange the closure of your account and the return of any verified balance.

The version of the Terms published on this page at any given time is the version currently in effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time a new version is published.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which opk365 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or their use of the opk365 platform.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact the opk365 support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. opk365 will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the internal process, players may escalate their complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under opk365's international gaming licence.

opk365 does not accept jurisdiction of any other court, tribunal, regulatory body, or dispute resolution service not specifically recognised under the terms of its gaming licence.
